Irradiated Cross-Linked Polyethylene Ixpe Foam Roll For Floor Underlayment
IXPE foam, short for cross - linked polyethylene foam, is a high - performance polymeric material with unique properties and wide - ranging applications.
Production Process: IXPE foam is produced through a cross - linking process. First, polyethylene resin is mixed with additives such as cross - linking agents and blowing agents. Then, the mixture is heated and extruded. During this process, the cross - linking agent causes the polyethylene chains to form a three - dimensional network structure, while the blowing agent decomposes to release gas, creating a cellular structure within the material. This results in the formation of IXPE foam with its characteristic fine - celled and uniform microstructure.

3)Checking PI and confirm it for us, we will arrange the production ASAP when the prepayment received.
4)We will take photos for you to confirm and then deliver the goods soon after the balance.
5)Send the Customs Clearance Documents or tracking number to you and track the goods for you until you get it.
Q2:How long is your production lead time?
1) Sample date will take be in 7 days
2)Mass production delivery date will be around 15-45 days,Depends on the quantity.
Q3:Is polyethylene foam toxic?
Polyethylene is Safe and Non-Toxic
Blocking chemical off-gassing is not so simple.Low density, food-grade polyethylene is safe and non-toxic. It has a simple molecular structure that does not require toxic chemical additives like phthalates and other unsafe plasticizers.
